Vendor Application
  • Proof of Liability Insurance and Sales Tax License required at all events.

  • Fees are payable upon set-up each Friday or may be paid in advance. No charge in the event of cancellation. Please make checks payable to LOCAL or Logan County Arts League. 

  • $0 for non-profits

  • $35 for arts and crafts vendors (free with the purchase of a 2026 LOCAL membership of $100 minimum)

  • $75 per night for food vendors 

  • 10x10 booth space for general vendors.

  • No specified booth space reservations.

  • Set up hours are between 4PM to 6PM on Fridays.

  • Limited electricity available (you will need your own extension cord).

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, canopies... etc. Stakes are not permitted on the courthouse lawn to anchor down canopy.

Terms and Conditions

The person or entity hereby agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless the Logan County Arts League, the event coordinators, the City of Sterling, Colorado and Logan County, Colorado against liability for claims of damages to property or persons arising out of or resulting from the conduct and activities of the applicant, its agents or employees and representatives. The committee does reserve the right to refuse entrance into the show to any vendor. No refunds will be given for delays due to weather conditions.

Completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance to the event. Applicants will be notified of acceptance and all money will be returned to vendors not accepted.
